Goodstart Business is a planned project for companies that want to hire Goodstart to develop their employees’ English.

The idea is to create a dedicated digital front for the corporate audience, separating B2B communication from the traditional experience designed for individual students. While Goodstart+ works as a learning platform for students, Goodstart Business will be designed for companies, managers, HR teams, and leaders who need to understand plans, track results, and justify investment in corporate education.

The project was born from the need to professionalize Goodstart’s B2B hiring journey, making the value of English clearer for teams, leaders, and growing professionals.

What will be built

Goodstart Business was designed as a commercial and administrative platform for companies.

The main planned elements include:

  • commercial pages aimed at companies;
  • clear presentation of plans, formats, and differentiators;
  • a contact flow for HR teams, managers, and training decision-makers;
  • explanation of the benefits of corporate English for teams;
  • structure for registering partner companies;
  • a future administrative area for tracking employees;
  • progress and participation reports;
  • management of students linked to a company;
  • possible license, group, or seat management;
  • connection with the Goodstart+ learning experience.

Role in the project

In this project, my role will be to structure the product vision, the B2B experience architecture, the commercial communication, and the technical implementation.

The challenge is to create an experience that speaks to companies without losing Goodstart’s identity. The corporate audience needs to quickly understand what they are hiring, how the program works, which problems it solves, and how employee progress can be tracked.

Beyond the commercial side, the project also requires product planning: how to organize companies, students, managers, reports, permissions, and tracking data in a clear and scalable way.

Product and technology decisions

Goodstart Business will be structured as a separate front within the Goodstart ecosystem, focused on commercial clarity, corporate management, and future evolution into a dashboard.

The technical foundation should support public B2B acquisition pages and, later, a restricted area where companies can track employees, access reports, and manage contract-related information.

The project prioritizes:

  • clear communication for companies;
  • a specific experience for HR teams and managers;
  • a B2B lead generation flow;
  • structure prepared for an administrative dashboard;
  • organization of companies, students, and permissions;
  • progress and participation reports;
  • integration with the Goodstart+ learning platform;
  • a scalable foundation for future corporate features.

Expected result

Goodstart Business is still in the planning phase, but it has the potential to become an important part of Goodstart’s corporate expansion.

The project should make it easier to sell to companies, better organize communication with managers, and create an administrative layer to track employee development.

Once developed, Goodstart Business will be able to connect acquisition, hiring, tracking, and retention of corporate clients in a more professional and measurable experience.

It also reinforces an important evolution for Goodstart: moving from an operation focused only on individual students toward a structure capable of serving companies with more clarity, control, and scale.
